We are Vanguardia Agroindustrial , a young company, created with the purpose of designing, producing and commercializing Non Traditional Products and the objective of promoting the Regional Economies of our country, adding value to the primary production and generating export capacity. Our business processes are conceived under a Triple Impact structure (Ambiental, Social y Económico).

Our Proyect
Vanguardia Agroindustrial develops the project in the province of Santiago del Estero, in the town of La Aurora, 40km north of the capital of Santiago del Estero. In this small town, with agronomic history, our first project is developed: "Production and Commercialization of Capers".
In our farm "La Aurorita", the first stage of the project has 41,000 caper plants with important differentiating characteristics (bushy and thornless), which allow the mechanical harvesting of the same, unlike the other plantations in different parts of the world, where the plants are of the creeping type and have a large number of thorns.
All of our plants are assisted by a state-of-the-art Automatic Drip Irrigation System, thus guaranteeing the water and nutrients necessary for their development at different stages of the year.
The 110 hectares of our farm, allows the development of new stages of expansion of caper production, as well as the production of other non-traditional products.
